I did receive the SMS but I remember seeing the poster few weeks ago so I understand it is not new.

Received invitation for Fuel Good but not Super Grocery. My usage is the other way round.

I also have issue with securesign in myPB which is delayed notification or sometimes no notification at all.

Hence I need to open the app manually to approve the securesign

I think my case is not so severe compared to yours, as I still can proceed with approval. Just that minor annoyance with the extra steps.

My PB Visa Platinum card has issue with the chip. Hard for me to do large transaction amount with certain shops that's using old style cc terminal (insert card, scan chip, pin key-in) as opposed to newer terminal with scan card + pin key-in. Had to use my other credit card instead.

The PB Visa card is less than 1 year old, it's a renew card as previous one expired.

Weird because the other card is older. Sitting in the same wallet but still good. No visible damage on the chip of the PB Visa card also.

Does PB charge us if we request them to issue new card due to chip problem?

My PB Visa is my primary credit card. Yet I need to apply other credit card just to use Apple Pay , and this was like 2 years ago.
