1st year anniversary with quantum cards. Got charged RM25 x 2 SST for both QV & QM.

Called CS to ask for SST rebate and are given unconditionally for both cards. 

Can 5 times reload boost/grabpay? Didnt see any limitation on this in the T&C

so reset time is 2 hours?

At the checkout page at Shopee, do select the ZIIP plan in order to pay under ZIIP.
Otherwise, it'll be checkout as normal.

I got 1 bigpay tranx that i did on 1st May but it posted in my app 30th april.. i'm worried it will be counted as my 1st swipe cashback too, since i actually swiped shopeepay rm160 on 1st May..

If dont want to appeal via CS, just do 1 more transaction lah. BTW what time did u swipe?

Finally done the 10x 100 tx in today, not sure can get the cashback not haha. Everyone seems like quite fast in hitting the quota.

Btw now Public bank is more strict for Bigpay tx. Called the CS to uplift the block and the CS told me nowadays they even block after 1 tx, need to uplift everytime when u want to top up lol.

Man, PBB Cust service is top notch. Two interaction so far, all great. No 4 layers of choice on phone, just 1 button, get connected to customer service representative, 1 min to say I want to cancel CC, verify, and done.

Wish other bank can learn a little from PBB...

Anyone manage to get SST rebate for PIB Visa? Called CS and was told I am not NTB and not entitled.

Can you get to the OTP page? Mine's blocked too. I called PBB and it's not from PBB side.
