Just called CS, he said will email me the form tomorrow to re-instate my old card that cancelled last year

I mean like you topup RM1000, 600 got cashback, remaining 400 also no VIP point or mean all cashback category no VIP point regardless how much you spend.

I can understand why Public Bank changes the transactions eligible for cashback, to contactless transactions, for Public Bank Quantum Visa Credit Card. As such, more people will prefer to use this card.

Then again, for Public Bank Quantum Mastercard Credit Card, why did Public Bank remove dining transactions from eligible transactions? 

Sigh, another card service tax of RM 25 is incurred, when I need to get another credit card with cashback for dining transactions.

Guys I have just got my first Quantum Master card statement.  I have a RM30 cash back bonus, I have points earned (called "Vacation Indulgence Point") and I successfully requested for zero % flexi-payment for a transaction > RM1,200.  I'm impressed.  Should have applied for this card long ago.  The CSA said there's no restriction on the number of flexi transactions I can request for as long as it's within my credit limit.  There will be a RM100 for early settlement - but of course I won't let early settlement happen!
Now what is this Vacation Indulgence Point?  What can I use it for?

We shall not give the card to cashier to wave, legally not right.
We can't authorise other people to complete the transaction.

I applied for VS, 2 weeks later i decided to check IVR also told me unsuccessful.
However a few days later I received SMS the card status approved.
This was last month.

Couple weeks later they mailed a feedback form so I've stated my complaints on this. Now awaiting the supposedly 'surprise gift' they've promised me.
