quick question, the revision is effective 1 July, what happens to statement for June 8th to July 7th for example?
still eligible for 4% cash back?

received only RM15 for spendings before 1 July as well ...
What would be the easiest way to cancel this card?
1) spend another RM15 to offset the credit and call Customer Service to cancel?
2) ask to cancel and transfer the credit to bank account?

just called PBB and customer service told me the 4% cash back but capped at RM15 bullshit
requested him to lodge an appeal for me and fingers crossed
