Didnt get CB cos all 6 sp txn backdated to 31Mar. Time to appeal again

I submitted an appeal but yet to receive my cashback..cs replied on 11th will submit to higher management…wondering any luck on your side?

sst just charged on 1st august and just tried my luck to get it waived....they said will submit for approval so hopefully will be able to get it waived this year again too

i still think to get sst rebate or not, the decision is much depending on the CS you talk to,
whether they want to help you on this or not.

if they write a good case for you, higher chance, faster and easier to be approved by their mgmt.

at first i call, they also telling the same thing, no more sst rebate this year.
try to soft talk them and eventually they agree to request a 1 off sst rebate for me from mgmt.

gt the sst rebate within few hours time.

they did mention no more sst rebate for upcoming year.

But i dare not participate cos got problem with shopeepay+sspn.

After that immediately applied for the 0% 6m easy cash..

Then got another promo for new card activation, RM50 cashback for RM500 spent within 60 days.

How quickly was the rebate reflected in your credit card? I called in last Wednesday, insisted the CS to appeal this to the management as she insisted me to pay. She said ok at last, told me that this is the last time as they no longer practice this anymore. But till now I yet to see the rebate in my credit cards, not sure if it has to do with the weekend + PH...
