I have called CS before to confirm this and that guy told me saved card can get cash back! WTF!

So strange I did touch n go 100 x 10 this month and 100 x 16 last month also didn’t get. Mere 1.72 ringgit bonus cash back

Touch n go is not a saved card some more

2) what is the statement date? May and June

5) if monthly cashback, I guess you aware that spending is based on statement cycle, right? oh no ... no wonder .ok guess i wont be getting as i always did on 1st/2nd of the month
6) your tng 100x10 and 100x16 txn........ list out the dates and description shown on the statement/PIB. --- from the description, we would know if you spend from saved-card or not.

As for point 5 already explain alot whyi didnt get the cash back.
and further more my May transaction is from saved card

never get...i gave up

the only 2x time i got it was the spend rm 167 petron card cash back rm50
