just go directly to branch and do on the spot with the customer service branch... i just bring my family member and did it last week..quite fast... when i reached there, they ask if got ATM card so can do via ATM machine, my family member also not sure got or not, end up just ask help to do via the customer service....

Any solutions here so far? I called Public Bank, they say no issue from their side.

I contact Shopee for help, they ask me to clear cache for the app but I am still facing the same issue. Hmm, the problem is now I use both app and also tried on website shopee, payment via PB credit card also same error.

- 5% cashback for online and travel
- spend more and earn cashback.

Can we only pick 1 to register or can actually register both?
