my QM kena unauthorized transactions yesterday early morning, saw the sms notifications and proceeded to cancel the card via website, however came out error

called cs around 8am++ but no agent available , so left a msg

called me around 3pm and told me card already cancelled (which I already suspected) and none of the transactions got through, will be sending me a new QM and already can see it in pbe

if u are referring to e-Wallet Top Up with PB Visa Credit Card, any exclusion on direct debit?
i reloaded tng wallet using saved card on 15/3 at 6:14am and gotten the cb
