PBB had announced before for all PB card, all e-wallet transactions is excluded for CB.
however, this does not apply to PBi card

while for individual campaigns, you need to refer to their T&C, if its excluded ewallet or not

if didnt get on 1st call, try aagain on diff time/day. after few rounds of declines with same reason, probably that's when you can stop requesting liao.

I called last month for my Islamic Platinum card. Depends on the CS staff i think. First time he told me this is not possible, but I told him to just put in a request to management. Waited like few days still not rebated.

Tried calling second time and this time diff staff picked up, no questions asked, just told me will put in request and pending management approval. Next day saw SST is reversed in statement

It depends on CS, first time I called, she told me is not possible to waive.

Then I send an email to CS, they just waive for me without condition.

Bigpay is both online and MCC6540.
Even though it is online, but E-wallet/Government/insurance is excluded for CB.

Doesn't mean all online transactions can get online CB.
