I called them and informed them politely, the cs submitted my request but end up they rejected also. The quantum visa card I seldom use after the benefit changed, maybe it was the reason I didn't get the sst rebate.

If I am not wrong, IWK is utilities MCC not Govt MCC. You can also pay IWK at Lazada App or Shopee App (both Online).
