Do we get CB paying IWK using PBB Visa Islamic via IWK portal?

I can't say for Islamic card

But I paid using Visa Signature and gotten cb for it @ www.iwk.com.my

Of course need to be RM100 and above

Hey guys, my visa signature expires end of the year (12/25), does anyone know if the bank will send me replacement before then? I have 2 cards, one principal and one supplementary. Thank you.

this is their generic emails for mass market, it will definitely takes time to sort through each emails, finding response(s), and respond back to sender.

any urgent matters, better call them instead; at least you get preliminary answer/response to your enquiries first.

Same issue kena IVR, what I did was just press * to avoid pressing the card details and I managed to get through. My two quantum card was charged SST on 30th August... I called to cancel, saw it being cancelled in pbe account, err this one no need to pay the SST right? No transaction of the card few months back already.

I called and weird it brings me to a extension and ask to leave a voice mail, is urs also like this?

damn! still can't reach any CS. at this point I just feel like giving up and just pay the SST 

why not just email and ask? normally i request via email, no problem.

I rather use TNG VISA better with 3% unlimited cash back for overseas transaction above RM300 and no FX markup

i had done spaylater using PBB VS on 2 Nov.
the name is still SPaylater Repayment-EC same as previous month.
all these while eligible for cb
