Hi, for pbe campaign mentioned need to spend on e-commerce transaction but not e-wallet top up, may I know pay to prudential count as e-commerce? Or I can pay bill using shopee linked to card?

My problem with them is that for the second instance it wasn't a backdating issue and in any case their practice was inconsistent. Also when I pointed out that their T&C only says "statement cycle" so therefore the posting/transaction date point shouldn't be an issue, they actually said they will never put it in their cardholder agreement. Like that easy lo for them to just arbitrarily record the dates so they can avoid paying out cashback, no? After all the customer can't control the posting date and whenever the system wants to capture the so-called transaction date.

so next week Aug 30 is the start of the 3rd month campaign and it is until Sept 29... means between Aug 30 to sept 29, as long as I spend cumulative RM1k...eligible for the promo right?

Just trying to check if the month spending here is the calendar month of the promo month...

I am referring to the monthly minimum accumulated spend of RM1k....

within that defined 3rd month (Aug 30 to Sep 29), as long as i have cumulative spend RM1k and above...then I will qualify for the cyber delight spend on the specific 3 days weekend every week...

My plan is to try this coming Friday, but won't spend total RM1k...i can slowly spend collect until RM1k as long as before Sep 29 ...

p/s: the accumulated retail transaction example also already shown in the PDF file.... i just want to confirm here the 1 month is referring to calendar month...or the campaign defined 3rd month...

Is there a limit to how many times can pump petrol in a day? I pumped 3x already and got declined on the 4th pump.

End up paying 260 for dinner, more than enough for max cb. Could have used wise for petrol 😅

Request for Rebate to offset the SST.

if they tell no longer provide, cn request them to find for any available rebate campaign.

some cs will provide you conditional SST rebate, by spend condition for eg RM500 spend.

or ask them submit SST rebate for mgmt approval.

i managed to get for all cards, 2 in Aug, 1 in Sept.
mayb depending on the Cs.

for eg if get Yoong, we just hang up and call again 

for my not-so-active cards.
my strategy is not using it at all once SST charged, call to request.

if unable to get SST rebate, then straight cancel the card.

surprisingly, my not-so-active card, they offer spend RM500 for SST rebate 

Reading about SST made me realize that my QV was charged with SST few days ago. Called up CS and got it reflected within minutes.

I don’t spend the whole credit limit but the limit is quite low for my income. I’m sole prop so they initially gave me low limit, but I now have a few years of business income to justify the increase. Another reason is coz I spend more than 50% of the limit on a monthly basis (paid in full every time), and that reflects poorly on credit report but the reality is I can afford it

Does PB islamic and PB consider same body?
I have PB islamic card , i wish to apply Petron visa gold
But the banker (whatapp) told me need walk in to add card
