Shouldn't be a problem.  I recalled being offered 2nd PL by RHB even if I have existing PL from them.

If RHB approves your 2nd personal loan, you can use it to pay anything as long as you will pay the early settlement fee for the first loan (if applicable).

RHB easy will use IC (mykad) so that shouldn't be issue to check if you can get the RHB Easy loan or not.  You can try.
My first loan was granted 8 months ago before they offered 2nd personal loan.

i think ocbc approve you (since u said other bank rejected u) becoz u work in singapore + ocbc is singapore bank =.=
so it's hard to tell for a malaysian work in malaysia to be easily approve by ocbc..

u can't apply both at then same time..only 1 will approved.

no,ocbc sg is ocbc sg, msia is msia..totally diff story..there might have reason ocbc can approve u but not others.
