It's pretty impossible to get an advise through here since non are an experts in here. You're bound to get a roll a dice luck if you tried to get suggestion here over something that requires professional/experts services.
To consume a proper supplementary requires u to know exactly what your body is lacking. Overdose vitamins leads to nothing good. It has serious side effects .
You'll need to run a lab test that is not cheap in malaysia. It's pretty convenient and affordable in foreign country but not in malaysia.
We're talking about a deep test on details what vitamins you're lacking and more importantly is if any problems that's causing it. Our local clinics only provides basic health check through your blood and urine test. But it's not enough to know what you're seriously lacking.

You would exceed male BMI level.
You should track your cholesterol since your BMI is high.
High level could clog arteries that reduces body's ability to absorb nutrient where it is required.

I would recommend that you consult a doctor but common doctors may not diagnose you properly either.
Doctor may recommend more test. You can get cholesterol level from blood test.

Try getting Vitamin B12 with 250 mcg and Vitamin D 2000 IU daily.
Vitamin D are from sunshine for 30 to 50 minutes depending on skin colour, helps with nutrition absorption.
Usually people get B12 from meat in their meal, helps with nerves.
Take them for 2 weeks, and up your intake of vegetables and fruits.
If you happen to be taking protein supplement and milk to bulk up, pause for 2-4 weeks.

Supermarket like Giant has prepacked salads if you do not have time to prepare.
Let me know how you do in 1 week and 2 week time.

Doctors are trained in physiology and medication, hardly as much on nutrition, so do not bother asking about what I suggest here. My suggestion does not guarantee your health.

I work from 830am to 530pm sometimes overtime

Lack of exercise(once a week), lack of sleep (sleep by 1130pm wake up 6am)

Sometimes during work, my concentration lapse after lunch... tired eyes...

Wonder if got any supplements/ vitamins can boost n improve my condition?

Of course, a healthy diet and a good rest is always best, but if you want to know more on what vitamins to help you with, you can try this health assessment here https://www.vitapacknutrition.com/new-health-assessment

if really always indoor vit D will help. Vit C I cannot say much about effects personally but i take anyway since quite cheap. Multivitamin I plan to start taking but only pecific ones, most commercial grade multivitamins are super low dose like completely useless like that. Might help kids but im a big boi wink.gif

Just for general knowledge, I absolutely recommend this youtube channel
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoR7CHkMETs3ByOv74OAbFw

just 10/10 information and education on supplementing especially for health and bodybuilding. As for getting those supplements, personally I buy from iHerb since they're generally cheaper than buying locally. never had an issue with them. always go for skynet delivery since its cheaper (sometimes free) and less likely get taxed by kastam.

and if you don't mind please use my referral code DGQ0670 as it helps both of us get a decent discount above the already cheaper prices.

Commercial grade low dose really ah? But I see pharmacy brand like Centrum multivitamin, the dosage seems high enough. If see the label, based on what they say is the daily minimum and whats in their vitamin, whats in the vitamin is a lot more already, no?
