i also not sure bcoz... at the same row, some car poch very long, some are short. no standard size.
some car poch design is with glass some are full cement.

they claim that want all are same and standard when you go there to have a look. there is no standard at all. 2 different gates. 2 different carpoch lenght and design. i look at the plan, some road wide length is 24'. but i dont think there is 24' la.... very narrow.

some more my car porch looks like not untill 20ft also. i will bring a measuring things to go.

no i dont see anyy double story there ...

generally, 3th floor and 4th floor is with full cement.... but not apply to all unit. there is no standard format...

Second, we are NOT SURE whether the developer have submitted form E. Must ask for proof.

For all those funny, unacceptable or even ridiculous rules, I think we can form JMB and work that out
after we settle the CF issue.

i can confirm all unit are without water meter. bcoz they said scare to lost it. hence, when everything ready they will install it.

just back from site again... some of the house are flooding untill insede the house... not only car porch,


Added on January 11, 2009, 7:16 pmsome of the owner very disappointed. when they see mine, they said very unlcuky. coz the car cant drive in.
i have try just now. is really cannot, hit the base of car already.

some of the unit face the same problem..

no i did not take any photo ..

bcoz yesterday had avery heavy raining here.. hence i goto check whether my unit got any water sign at the wall or not. but luckyly not.
but some of the house, yes. it just like the photo shown above.

4. Noticed the 2 playgrounds - so small how to accommodate so many kids - even if you could 1 kid per house still!!! does it make sense - and if you noticed the playground has a big drainage with the besi cover over it - so not safe for kids to play there.

5. The whole place looks crampy except for amansiara 1 and another row whereby the road is big and wide.  I am in Amansiara 1, but frankly speaking its not fair for the others owners who paid the same amount for the house and to get something so crappy and unethical.

6. Noticed something, that from 3rd floor can see 1&2nd floor no privacy at all dahlah that's the room area.... if like that then the space is wasted and also HUJAN boleh masuk from the 3rd floor hole in the middle. It goes direct to the 2nd floor balcony area.  As for 1st floor the just put in some cement slaps to cover the drain so ugly. They have also made holes on the wall whereby i am guessing that its for the water to come through but the drain is closed with cement slaps!!! so where does the water go to???

Seriously speaking, our developers got no brains, they don't care about us so bloody conscious about money that's all i can say, would they stay in a house with so many rules that does not make sense and a house that looks like ours so crampy and congested.

Looking at the house I am guessing if we need to make it liveable we need to spend some good amount of money!!!

When are we meeting up... its better to do asap, my guess.

totally agree...
i have see from the second floor. it can watch at the second floor balcony.
the big problem is when heavy raining. its totally will make it flood at second level balcony.

i'm just felt that the contractor engineer is not a certified engineer. totally no brain at all.

sakit kepala now.... how are we going to stay also a big problem.

some more the parking area very narrow. how are we going to prak the car also a problem. some more my car poch is toatll cant let my car go in also...

one word , disappointed...
