Yea, seems like no sign of the flyover. We should start up something to pressure the developer. As for the  U-turn up front, I  think its  NOT done by the developer.
I've got the brochure and newspaper cuttings here related to amansiara last year, which the reporter reported their intention to build the flyover at a cost of rm10 million. smile.gif

Anybody know that >> is there any possibility that there is a road link between Amansiara and Templer Hill ( 45 Boutique Bungalows ) at high land?

Anyway , I think Amansiara properties value may increase very fast since there are next to the high value bungalow lots of Templer Hill ( 1.5 to 2.0 million if not wrong ). notworthy.gif

The Templer Hill Bungalow is really wow . See this website : http://templerhills.com/aboutus.htm . The bungalow design is from Type A to Type E ( Land Sizes 4,300 - 10,350sf ) rclxm9.gif . Super duper large land size . If I am won Jackpot , sure I going to purchase one!!!!

The pic of the road you see is 2 lanes and that is one side So you are right it is 2 lanes on each side.  As for the flyover / underpass we will have to wait for the road widening exercise to finish and only then will that take off.  Apparently approval is given so it's a matter of coordination between the developers and the authorities.

The comment on the manhole is interesting as it looks quite off being in the centre.  To all Phase 1 buyers, do insist on road smoothness, general maintenance, cleanliness etc when you guys move in.  Get the ball rolling and when we move in we will just jin you guys and insist that the management in charge is doing their work.

The dustbin and the space to put one is very dissapointing.  I live in a town house currently and the same wifth car porch and we can afford a post with dustbin compartment.  At least the area looks neat.

The other disturbing fact is that i am on the 4th floor and my unit is going to be something like xxx - 4.  It's a bother to me. Preferred the alphabets though.

Hopefully I can get some more pics on Friday.

Regards,

Sidviq

Nice photos from you Sidviq  thumbup.gif

As mention by u, very disappointed when i see there was no build in dustbin space for us. we are sharing parking space, so where we are going to place our dustbin as dont have a wide space, unfortunately, we will crash on our dustbin if careless, and somemore it will be spoil the environment mad.gif

Sidviq, if u not mind, can tell me is it the main road along the housing area is really wide?? As told by the salesperson before, the main road quite wide, mostly like 2 lane for each way, how u think.?? thanks

Anyway, keep on working and hope u can bring us more expose on what happening inside  rclxms.gif

I am also totally disppointed on " NO DUSTBIN LOCATION " , " POOR CABLING AT ENTRANCE " & " POOR MAIL BOX " .

I am first time ever notice that the design of mail box ....only can take out the mail from outer ? Not a user's freindly design . Now , very worry for interior electrical cabling and railing... rclxub.gif vmad.gif

Hello people,

Wow... nice pictures!!! & i concur with all of you that the railings somewhat not very nice.... Not sure if they mentioned the type of tiles they in our S&P. If they have, can we sue?

The staircase is damn narrow... that should be the main consideration when buying furnitures.

Anyway, i took a walk at selayang heights (opposite aman siara) on first raya and note that, they too use those "ugly" railings but they paint it white, so it doesn't look that bad lah.  Not sure, if they would do the same for aman siara but it definitely looks better.  Yeah, its TRUE, the dust easily gets settled in the small squares.

I guess there's only 3-4 months to deliver Phase 1 key (according to S&P lah), so for phase 1 owners, enjoy the feeling of anticipation.

Question for Phase 3 owners. Is the kitchen and hall gonna be open concept too?
*
Yes , kitchen and hall is open concept for Phase 3.

Why antenna is so tall and high? What kind of antenna ? I think the antenna is shorter , is better. No advantage for ......so...tall!!!

Wah...the stair width is really narrow..How many feets ah??? Really difficult to move in the furniture especially sofa.

When i purchased my house , sales rep is already told me using the 1x1 feet tiles. 2x2 feets for sample house only . Take note!! According to the model plan at sample house , there are really shown 2 guard houses!! doh.gif

Hie everyone. Hope you are having a very very enjoyable raya, wherever you guys are.

As for me.. I am in a delirium. Why? that's coz I barged myself into amansiara site and drive all the way to phase II and III.

This is for you, phase II neighbours!!

The first pic is the "entrance" to the main park. They actually fenced up the jogging paths.
*
Thanks for your pics....Alanyuppie..

From the pics , the outer colour of Phase 2 got some light green ...Is it same as the model house at the show unit? I dun think so..? I think is only Phase 3 is with outer green colour!! drool.gif

Wah...the high tension looks so close to the last row of Phase 2 ....dangerous to our health due to managtic field create by high current flow...!! icon_question.gif

If there is no flyover, its gonna be difficult because we need to travel further in towards rawang for the U-turn... at nite, can be extremely dangerous... don't think they have any streetlights.... eh, we need to push the developer to build the flyover for us.... but how to start the ball rolling?
*
Anybody is planned to go up Amansiara again..Please ask the contractor about the fly over . Ask them to check whether the fly over will be built according to their development plan??

I also dun know there is a waterfall in the area of Amansiara . I only knew is that there is a small garden with pond and also the jogging track...smile.gif

Today , I drive to Selayang Mall . Very surprise to see new bunting for Amansiara Phase III around Selayang Mall till the Amansiara site. I think the developer open sales for some units that the purchaser failed to get housing loan from bank. According to the bunting , the sales price is now RM203,880 . Already up aprroximately 20K . luckily we purchase earlier . rclxms.gif

Anybody wish to purchase another unit....still got chance...hehe please call the developer office to confirm the unit location. drool.gif

i know there is 1km U-turn to KL , so do you think that if many cars make a U -Turn at the same times especially at morning all of us rushing to work, i think will jam like crazy.May be for Phase I owners first year may not facing such traffic jam problem but after Phase II and Phase III all handover the situation may become worst.
*
I am not happy that if the developer not to develop the flyover . I heard rumous >> Firstly , the developer is planned to develop the underpass exit to KL for Amansiara ppl . Since , there is a very costly to build the underpass and out of their budget. They changed to the flyover exit. The sales exe also told me that they will build the flyover when I purchased the unit. If they really want to cancel the development of flyover , i think they should put that $$$ on the upgrading of Amansiara environment and facilities. Example , enlarge the garden area with more jogging track , add ATM machine corner ( new idea ) ,etc .
Anyhow , I heard that the flyover is not cancelled and just pending , waiting for government to approve ( Info from one of the forum member , is ti true ? I am not sure )

Added on October 19, 2008, 2:52 pmOleh ... rclxms.gif I have just received the progress billing of 2(b) RC Frame Works from Wirama Sdn. Bhd. This is phase III progress updated . Any Phase III Amansiara members have faster progress than me? Please let me know...

If the developer hand over the Phase 1 units to purchasers on Dec08 or Feb09 , I guess there is a chance for Phase II and Phase III purchasers to enter Amansiara to view their actual units..... drool.gif

Anybody still remember >> How many gate pass ( Smart card ) to give for Amansiara purchaser for one unit?? icon_question.gif

Yesterday, Wirama staff, Ms. Wong ask me to proceed payment faster for stage 2(b) . Lastly, I ask her " Is Amansiara going to build the flyover ? " . She reply me : " Yes ! ".

I think if we take her word , Amansiaran should be don't worry.. about the U-turn ...
