Hello neighbour,

The letter is from Wirama notifying the stage for that said parcel.  I suspect u didn't get because besides 197 A, the other units are for A units (First floor).

Don't worry... maybe you'll get it in few weeks time....

The last row of Phase 2 and 3 seems like very close to high tension cable especially from last pic.

I just complete the Amansiara layout with lot numbers of Phase 2 and Phase 3. Anybody have Amansiara Phase 1 site layout? If yes, please attach on this forum . I want to work out whole Amansiara site layout with lot numbers . Then , from the layout , we will know location of Amansiara owner from this forum. He he!

but dunno la if they increase the price to 200k...cannot be lah...

Smile Lyn...! I think the site layout inside your SPA ( Sales and Purchase Agreement ) is more clear . The current attached layout is unable to see the Phase 1 lot numbers. Since you are Phase 1 purchaser , i think you have the Phase 1 site layout in your agreement ...Please scan and attach in this forum .

Because of petrol hike , I think from newspaper ,..all those project will be up 30% . I think purchase cost also up 30% ...RM189,900 x 30 % = RM246,954

I'm sorry to hear that. I agreed that we got to do a lot of research on the developer. I  have colleagues who didn't get thier house for years too. At first I heared that Developer for amansiara is not well-known, but at the end I still buy it. This is because I really like the environment of amansiara and if I were to consider on the developer, the safiest way is to buy a 100% built house. If the developer run away, I can just think that is bad luck to us. What I can do is to pray that we can move into our new house since we already bought the house. Cheers

The unit I have purchased is 216 Corner 4th Level.  Anyone here nearby?

yea, we should give some pressure on them as they told everybody about the flyover when the project start launch. If im not wrong, they initially say that they will build an underpass for us, but after that they say it will be replace by the flyover, anybody hear that before??
For me, i think it's really waste our time if we need to go for the U-turn because it was quite far in front.... some more, if there was no flyover, it's also not coveniencefor us to enter our housing area if we are coming from Rawang.
as seen on many new housing area, the developer will only complete those road after they have pass the house to owners for a long time, just hope our developer will be different.....
