Anyone know what happened to the Aset Kayamas Condo in Kepong?
How do the residents deal with it if the unfortunate happened to their unit?

Wow, this poses serious hazard especially for children. Developer no action all these while? These issue looks like happen a while ago

maybe few days later we will see Aset Kayamas issue a lawyer letter to force them to remove the videos as if nothing ever happened, just like what happened to Tropicana uncle and Mahsing case

if the condo flood until like this, is it still okay to stay? even repaint the wall and replaced the plaster ceiling, the concrete will still remain damp and could grow mold few years down the road

even if covered by insurance, and after repaired the unit still good to stay? concrete absorb water and after sometime mold will grow again due to the humidity

just like a flooded car, even if insurance cover flood and after spent a long time repair in workshop the car will be prone to rust and have weird smell unless they gonna dismantle the whole car, dry it and repaint from bare metal again

Never a good idea to mess with AK, especially considering who owns the company.

Concrete do not absorb water. Poor concreting works, will result in a lot of air bubbles forming within the concrete structure. The water trapped in these “air bubbles” will eventually drain out. Just got to give some time for the structure to dry out completely.

A lot of water retention structures - water reservoirs, curing tanks in water treatment plants, sewerage treatment plants, concrete drains / channels, dams - are constructed using concrete. Properly done, the concrete structure will be water tight.

Concrete is porous, that's why water proof is needed at above ground floor bathroom. those used for water retention are treated.

Unless this torrential rain didn't occur before vp, this flooding issue should be a known problem, cost too much to rectify or site supervisor/manager didn't bother.

Many people have been trying to warn buyers about the developer AK. Yet many buyers still proceed because of price and location.

No one is taking the time factor in so presumably we are talking about right now as in rm500 psf in kepong prime area is already considered quite cheap.

Yeah, 2mil is a lot, but is it a lot if we are talking about klcc location with 1ksf?
