They have no one to blame but themselves. Main con kenwingston but kl traders square quality ok, what does it mean?

Yeah its 500k condo, 1k sf. Psf price is the lowest amongst all the newest launch to recently completed within 1 year condos.

No one is taking the time factor in so presumably we are talking about right now as in rm500 psf in kepong prime area is already considered quite cheap.

Yeah, 2mil is a lot, but is it a lot if we are talking about klcc location with 1ksf?

Don't you think the location affects the price a lot these days?
