Between Talk and SMS plan, you can change how many times as you desired.
To convert from Talk/SMS plan to Total Plan, it's one-way ticket. |

You can only use Video Call with 3G and in order to have 3G, you must have a 3G USIM or some said that you can enable 3G with a 64K SIM card.

Yeap ... you can activate 3G with a 64K SIM card ... but not with a 16K SIM card.
