would it make much different if i upgrade my stock pickups to EMG 81/85 combo but still run through a 16 watt amp? i'm using a kustom arrow 16, the sound is too muddy to my liking

i dont intend to get another amp because i only play in rooms, not gigs

how about a cube 20 ? from what i've read, tube amps won't be good for bedroom practice because it has to be loud..

cube 20 has an 8" speaker, same as my kustom

an epic mount would be cooler but that works too

the MH series is pretty good. its very much like the S series in terms of design, except that it has 24 frets
