I would go for Sharp Aquos..its LCD panel originally made in Japan while other brands got their panel made in thailand or china..consider about the quality itself..

LCD tv normally equipped with HD capability, but if would make a sense if u watch a HD movie only, for Astro totally useless as Astro does not provide any HD programme..you just can watch a low quality programme exactly the same produced by CRT TV but mybe with better surround audio system..
