That is if they purposely and intentionally play racial fire (which would be stupid coz that means they are instigating ppl against them). 1. PH ministers instigate 3R themselves

2. PH ministers should not be so stupid to give free ammo for 3R troopers

3. PH ministers should be morally better and higher level
