btw Taman melawati-KLCC around 20-30 mins. Can go via setapak or via jelatek road. But both roads are quite congested.

Once you come out melawati is the MRR2, both ways heading towards Ampang and batu cave are always congested in the morning. Shopping malls and banks are nearby without having to travel far.

But like what others said, 400k for melawati Semi D with 5 rooms somemore?

Melawati -> KLCC normal working day 20-30 mins via MRR2 - AKLEH. Now takes longer because SUKE construction. Quiet a few alternative routes also.

Since Melawati Mall opened, hardly have to leave the area for anything. Good schools for kids, unfortunately ISKL moved out recently.

Melawati is the last green lung in KL. Where else can you live near KL and breath fresh air? Even water is clean, flowing down from Klang Gates.

Ampang still got green lung lah, but a bit further away.

So quiet and tranquil place.

How long? 15-20 min if no jam go to KLCC area.

Of course, excellent. Can get cheap food, everything you want to get can get there. But less chinese hawker food la.

Stayed in Melawati for a few years. Couldn't stand the traffic, it's getting worse year by year. Using the MRR2, either way can get stucked in traffic jam. Finally, made the decision and moved out to Putrajaya. Best decision of muh life.
