Just to share my experience with PRUbsn..
#1 - Agent Agen aku ialah ex-lecturer aku sendiri. Dia UNPAID LEAVE dan buat takaful. Dia kat Melaka, Aku kat Johor.. Aku trust dia sbb dah kenal. Tapi banyak benda tak kena dan ada part yg ok - Aku paid premium RM200 lebih sebulan, tapi aku bodoh tak reti baca terms dunia takaful.. aku pakai YA kan je. Coverage aku * PruBSN TakafulLink RM 35,000.00 (investment, which is rider. TAK PERLU pun.) * Accidental Death & Disablement RM 25,000.00 (mati atau cacat just dpt 25K je. Tak berbaloi) * Accident Medical Reimbursement RM 2,000.00 (pun rendah. Aku expect more) * Weekly Indemnity 2 unit (1 unit worth RM100 so, aku dpt RM200 setiap minggu waktu tak dpt kerja atas keilatan aka hilang upaya separa dan sementara. Total RM400 sebulan. Ok la ni nice la.) * Crisis Shield RM 25,000.00 (maksudnya klu kene 43 critical illnesses. Ok ke? dapat 25K. Aku rasa mcm low) * S300 aka smart saver RM300 (mean, byr RM300 setiap kali admit ke HOST dalam tempoh 90 hari. Means, always stanby RM300 la sebelum g hospital. Byk juga, Aku curious klu kos tak sampai 300 kira mcmne tu?) Agent aku blah tanpa inform aku ( Tu pun aku kene contact HQ sendiri. Kos panggilan aku tanggung) , dan pass kat someone yg tak response apa aku tanya.. Nk tukar lain tak dpt. Tak puas hati pula rasa. Pastu semua agent aku tu tak pernah kasi gift aku ..hmm . . . . #2 - System Sistem byr boleh auto debit, pay to agent atau pay via payment gateway sendiri via prutouch. Sistem web dia teruk, since 2017-2020 dia tak display pun rumusan / ringkasan benefit. So kene hadap baca kertas tu dan cuba fhmkn. Anyway, aku dlu opt utk static pay (maksud aku takde increment aka term diorg ialah level term (that why aku sangka byr lebih RM200 sebulan tu dah tinggi tpi bila tua nanti, aku masih byr sama) but entah mcmne dia jadi berubah atau nama dia step-up term. So rumusan dia, byk agent diorg tak jujur dan dalam sistem tu xde mention ko step-up atau level Oh ya, diorg xde mobile apps.. Just web based system. Tu pun sakit hati sbb tak mobile friendly, menu hover dia on mobile based sgt tak responsive. Timeout dia pun kejap je, 3-5 minit pastu auto logout. . . . . #3 - HQ Call payah nak angkat. Cuba la try. Email lambat blas, aku duk follow-up.. akhirnya sebulan baru blas. Aku beremail sbb payment aku failure kt sistem tp duit dah tranfer masuk. HQ pun tak ambil inisiatif nak jaga pelanggan . . . . . . . So far aku tak pernah claim pape, aku sihat je. Tp aku rasa dan selalu bca yg takaful lain lg worth. Quite late… although their app is okay. Need to Call once to ask status their cs said will hand over to the pic .. ask another week to Call.. Call again next week only to Find out claim not processed.. took a few days to process and bank in money … |
