You guys know this is text book salesman tactic by XF
put it simply, customer can be separated into 3 groups
1st group. Those that is not interested. Ppl like Facebook that tok kok how pricing no good laah, this and that laa, in the end, wont lay down the $$$ to buy it
this 1st group, XF no need to layan much
2nd group. Those that adamant to buy. Doesnt care slow kaa, pricy kaa will buy. XF will not care much, cause whatever XF do or no do, these people in the group would still buy. Sad as it may seem, I am in this group. Will just wait it out, as the offer seems good enuff for me
This 2nd group, XF also no need layan (as i have never have an inkling of message by XF about the delivery updates)
the 3rd group. The is the "maybe will - maybe wont" group. Those that put in the cancellation request are in this group. XF will put more attention and make more promise to those in this group, as doing nothing will confirm the cancellations. So they will add effort into making sure you stay on as customer.
This 3rd group might get the most attention and maybe even get priority over group 2 ppl.
The 2nd group might get shafted because anyhow also they will continue to buy it.
But if you think of elevating to group 3 by joining in the cancelation, there is chances of getting better or just being let down again further when XF over-promise and under-delivers (I sort of sense XF is making promises they cannot hope to keep)

My Shopee delivery date states before 4 July, so i am happy to receive the unit before that time.
