Go to "Mobile Top-Up" > select your telco > enter phone# & select amount > hit "CONFIRM" when prompted > select the coupon before hitting the "PAY" button.

Used wrong coupon, yes it will go through but if it is an invalid coupon, it may not work. Best is don't reload a lot of money inside and if it fails, won't go through on its own.

My situation very similar like yours. The glitches that made us having daily vouchers accumulated and finally 30-Jun, I stand at 99speedmart counter splitting more than 10 times payment just to finish up my pool of vouchers. All savings earned were worth as I stock like 3-4 months of stock (food, milk powder and etc), estimated spent RM700+.

Somehow I need a break now. Haha.


Spy or internal staff or anyone from Razer sure find their way here and observe loopholes here. I can't believe they closed up the only worth side of RazerPay accepting BP card as debit card. Sorry, now BP card is Prepaid Card

Have to say all support staff in this country are hopeless.

Had a missing RM5 topup using Razerpay to my Digi number on 1/7. Made a report, etc. Sent screenshots, etc. A few email back & forth, etc. So far so good.

Today's latest reply is "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking, reload was successful for this phone number xxx, RM5.00, 08/07/19 10:21."
...which is true btw.

I believe the strategy is to make you think that you are dealing with a bunch of moronic idiots and that the time and effort is really not worth it just to get back the missing RM5*. I think I'll just give up. You win Razerpay.
