Has anyone buy razer pay pin using razer pay app? I've tried once but the cashier says cannot purchase razer pin using razer app and when i emailed to support service says can pulak.. quite embarrassed right now to try again but if its really can, i wouldn't mind to try once again just need to be confirm before to do so

oh...alpro pharmacy accepts razerpay too ?
it is so difficult to check which merchants accept razerpay. its merchant partners website page does not show the complete list. and also its app lists down merchants' company registration names, rather than store names

Razer Pay™ Terms of Service, each person shall only be eligible to register for one account per one valid MyKad/Passport. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and shall be terminated upon detection.

The one account here means one tel number or 1 account per ic can be used for multiple no.

They will not take actions so fast yet since they are still promoting their platform. Wait next year maybe.
So far i have 3 accounts linked in 1 phone (heck they even allow u to change login account).

Had my first glitch with Razerpay on Monday. Prepaid topup success on Razerpay's end but credit not received in the phone.

I did back-to-back RM5 reload to the same number. First RM5 OK. Half expecting the 2nd RM5, a minute later, to fail and it did.

Now see how well Razerpay support is. Submitted a report via their website form.

Jul 1 11pm: Glitch. Reported via website
Jul 2 4pm: Support replied asking for PIN, serial number and transaction ID. First facepalm. Prepaid Topup where got PIN or serial number.
Jul 3 2pm: Replied with transaction ID in screenshots.

I raised an issue with RP CS before & I found them to be much more "human" & responsive compared to let's say Boost. Let's hope that it's not a one-time thing.
