sorry if this been asked before, how do i use the bill payment voucher? have to go to store that accept RP and make bill payment and apply the voucher?

Pay my IWK on 31/8/2020 (Public Holiday) using RAZERPAY and only reflected payment in the IWK website today (3/9/2020). So conclusion is need three working days to see the payment reflected.

Account statement is updated earlier than account balance usually next working day.
