sorry if this been asked before, how do i use the bill payment voucher? have to go to store that accept RP and make bill payment and apply the voucher?

anyone able to add bank account for withdrawal purpose?
add bank account > select bank > key in account number > (name) predefined > email address cannot be entered > hence i think the SAVE button disabled too |
