u need :
1. phone to install the apps
2. verified IC acc . Not everyone like this options ....



for the sake of RM2 discount X5 = RM10 exchange for IC verification .....something to think about.

so now , it;s every 16th of the month release ...

the RM2 off for RM10 bill payments.

I notice have to really FAST on 16th 12am+

i'm goood for 2020 ..... and rest a few months till IWK bill pill up
