if it's tarred road edge then yes. cemented from gate to road over a gutter then no...it's his property and it's not even a road to begin with. so get your facts right.. some are even in the floor plan or he might even have built that spot himself with consent from the council.

You go atas area then more obvious as these "bridges" would be tiled nicely by those rich home owners. but the grass areas by the road is public and they cant do anything about it if you park on the grass.
