TS, first of all ... when you go coffee shop, why u park in residential area ? In the eyes  of the law, yes the law side with you as you did not block his gate but not anyone have the same thinking as you. Morally you are wrong and still you wanna f up people's life ? TS already salah in the first place parking outside of other people's house without consent. You are obstructing him entering his house, or for him to put the garbage can, or your car reflected the light into his house and became an eyesore to the owner, or many other reasons that can be thought of.

However, the owner should call district council to tow your car away.

Again, the piece of land in front of the house is supposed to be a under district council, and it is not designated as a public parking lot for TS. So both TS and house owner salah. However, it is up to the district council's discretion to enforce or not.

If the car parked in front of the house do not have any complaints against it by the owner of the house, then no action will be taken. If the car is someone else and a complaint has been lodged, then district council will come and tow the car away because it caused a nuisance to the home owner.

Just be grateful that the owner didn't take off your tyres and call district council to tow it away. You can't do anything at that point but to get towed, pay the fines, buy new rims and tyres, etc. Or even worse, take off all the wheel nuts and let you die with your cute girl on the highway.

TS should just have just say sorry and move on. But TS choose to confront and argue, so TS still continue to be on the wrong side.
