Remember that for every action, there will be a chain reactions, good or bad.

Imagine you made him loose his job, in turn he cant support his family, his children will drop from school, his wife might run with other people, he might become abusive to his children because of the life pressure or he might commit suicide, leaving his children to suffer more, become a scum of society and someday might run into your future children, stabbing and rob them in the name of survival.

It might seems like an extreme example but theres too many example of chain reactions event in the past history to prove that this can happen.

WHat the house owner did was wrong, but at the same time its wrong to park another person's house, its hazard and inconvenience to the owner if and when he wants to either go into or reverse out of the house. Many just dont understand this just for the sake of own's convenience...saje park...thats selfish....sigh its msian mentality.

Let me share my experience, I had  similar incident where the owner parked in between both houses, its a narrow and buzy road and having cars parked on the other side of the road. Going into and out of the house is a nightmare, hence I called the police, saying obstructing my pathway to my house, police came and then they called mpsj, by the time, mpsj came they owner came running, but they (both police and mpsj) said, that car owner was obstructing the traffic and owner's convenience, and got towed away. Went to balai and made a report...not sure how much he kena saman from both end/

Bodoh..  it's a walkway.. blocking the walkway is causing inconvenience.. I dont understand how people can be so ignorent. First of all he just admitted to breaking the law.. parking in yellow line. Poliss should just issue him a summon. I would have broken all the windows..
