If you watch the video, he was complaining about the prostitution at that building. The production company booked airbnb for him to stay there but they did not know it was a center for prostitution. He actually said the design of the condo was not bad but the building was neglected because too many people bought for investment.

I used to go there when Tesco was still around. There used to have a few decent restaurant but once Tesco left, the place become worst as more and more pubs opened.

The problem I think is the building management... like not managed at all. The lift lobby near the parking stink (pee?), water leaking here and there, badly maintained lift, etc.

The house price actually quite cheap.. maybe because it is Ipoh.

I think can't really blame the management. Probably too many people buy for investment and when they can't find regular tenant, they don't pay maintenance fees regularly. The retail outlets was also never fully occupied. Once Tesco is gone, the normal family crowd won't go there anymore. No money to maintain everything. So just take care of the basics only. Actually, he said the design is considered luxury apartment if its HK but in Malaysia, such design is hard to sell because it is suitable for singles only. Most people will not buy such design.

I think the house was design according to the owner requirement. Not ID who design. Actually sometimes ID design house looks good but it inconvenient the person who live there.
