Actually, he said the design is considered luxury apartment if its HK but in Malaysia, such design is hard to sell because it is suitable for singles only. Most people will not buy such design.

I think the house was design according to the owner requirement. Not ID who design. Actually sometimes ID design house looks good but it inconvenient the person who live there.
