The problem I think is the building management... like not managed at all. The lift lobby near the parking stink (pee?), water leaking here and there, badly maintained lift, etc.

The house price actually quite cheap.. maybe because it is Ipoh.

I think can't really blame the management. Probably too many people buy for investment and when they can't find regular tenant, they don't pay maintenance fees regularly. The retail outlets was also never fully occupied. Once Tesco is gone, the normal family crowd won't go there anymore. No money to maintain everything. So just take care of the basics only. It's not in Ipoh. Scott Garden at Old Klang Road. Anoot

Actually, he said the design is considered luxury apartment if its HK but in Malaysia, such design is hard to sell because it is suitable for singles only. Most people will not buy such design.
