yeah..dat mean u dun have time rite..but at least u clean em than u biarkan.

its not mean that i dont have time.. hehe..

i schedule my time to change the bedding every weekend, once a week..
the bedding tahan almost 1 - 2 weeks.. because i just put one or two hamsters in each tank.. only robo more than two..

no wonder..it's only robo...my robos can tahan 2 weeks for their beddings..ahaks..so notty laa them..syrian and ww must change often..

Syrians are territorial, and being bigger, produce more pee and scent. WWs and RCs drink alot of water too as well as having more scent. Robos, yah, you don't need to change the bedding so often.

ya, i observed this also..
that my WWs kuat minum than others..
especially the female..

Opy- No idea. Juz stick to large tanks coz would be easlier for cleaning up. What hamster needs is space and wheel.. U Diy fanciful for them, they also wont appreciate it wan nah..

they don't need super big space. just sufficient space will do, and some books suggest don't give them wheel 24/7 or they can exercise like crazy wan.

for me i still put wheel in there la, they know how to control their running. then other than that, a bit of place to run around and climb.

Hey all, I just want to know that if I'm out from home for one week and there's no one inside my home then how am I suppose to keep my hamster alive? Like the freshness of the food? I can't change it as nobody's at home.. So can anyone tell me how?

lol. my hamster doesnt run on the wheel all the time. Their not excerise freaks lol. when they run till tired they will Zzz like how i posted in my previous post.

Nvm the freshness of the food. Its ok wan. They'll eat it when they are hungry. They are not stupid rodents that will starve themself to death.

it's quite common we think of animals being human. cannot think like that actually. for us, skip 1 meal also hungry already.

animals can go on weeks without food if needed. and quite often they don't even need 3 meals a day like we do.
