The SPaylater how works if advance payment eh ?

Let say mine is due 10th of every month

1) 10th January 2025 - paid
2) Now showing 10th February 2025 - RM500 example
3) i have some items delivery with SPaylater coming to "complete" soon before 10th February 2025 - complete 15th January 2025 and RM200 example

if i settle my 10th February 2025 payment RM500 on 14th January 2025, will the 15th January 2025 (complete order) later need to settle before 10th February or it will carry forward to next 10th March due ?

If the SPL is due on the 10th Feb, it means that it is billed on the 1st Feb. Any items received after 1st Feb (the delivery status need change to Order Received), is carried to March bill.

Can ShopeePay be used to pay Celcom postpaid bills? The option for Celcom seems under maintenance for the past few days I checked. Since this is my first time trying to use ShopeePay, I'm wondering if this is just a temporary issue?

Normally I use TnG e-wallet. I want to try Shopee Pay but not sure about if it is widely as accepted as TnG. For example, TnG can be used at pasar malam and hawker stalls. Can I know if a merchant accept TnG does it mean I can also use Shopee Pay?

transaction unsuccessful when trying to pay spaylater using Maybank amex card. Called maybank, no issue with the card. They say could be merchant issue.

be careful when scanning QR and select SpayLater, mine default selected the 12 months option for me and kena processing fee dy, bloody Pay Now still showing the correct amount

but if pay in app for normal shopee app purchase, default selected is 1 month

Contacted SPayLater team twice and was told they are unable to change it to 1 month. Anyone know who is the authority to complain regarding SpayLater? I've tried bnmlink and they are not the one

user will still need to check before making. cant take it for granted. there's no rule to say what the default should be or must be.
