Where to see the limit of 9,999 monthly spending eh ? (previously 4,999)

Last time i recall there's a chart under shopeepay UI but now cant find, hmm

Just top up and key in 9999

But this top up is for wallet size, right?

The utilization of spending no where to show beside self count.

Is there a way to download my ShopeePay & SPayLater statement and keep as a record?
I found that there is a need to keep track as I see most of my Amex card statement showing mostly "ShopeePay" only.

Hi is there a fee imposed for credit card top up above RM1k? I cannot seem to find this piece of info online. Or we can top up as much as we want but it’s non-transferable?

instead of waiting for us to answer, you can immediately find out by topping up shopeepay with minimal amount, like RM1 or RM10. see if the app prompt you of any fee? or any extra charge to cc after topping up.



also, you cannot "top up as much as we want" because of wallet size can only hold up to 4999/9999 at any time.

depend on wallet limit and monthly transaction limit.

example,

wallet limit = RM9,999
monthly transaction limit = RM20,000

so, basically, u can only reload up to RM29,999 in 1 month.

If i have just paid 1k to sspn using shopeepay, can i still do another 1k to sspn via direct payment using debit card to the same sspn acc?

I redeemed twice 3 weeks ago, both at RM50 (-1,250 shopee coins).

But now, cannot ady. My ShopeePay got balance of RM100+ (from cc and debit card) but keep getting "coins cannot be redeemed" message in shopee app. Sadness...

while i do not use coins for Setel, I do notice that coins usage has been restricted again and again

previously it was 50% coins, then it became 25%, now I noticed that I can only use 3k coins per day (previously unlimited).

atleast u can still redeem some coins, i've been trying since x'mas and still fail. Oh well...
