There is, but limited. In the past months, can be found during 1st and last few days of the month.

PTPTN fall under Bills category. So yes can use bill payments voucher ("Valid for all bill payments from deals, Top-Ups & Bills page only").

Last week, I did pay with a few Mr DIY vouchers for a few times, it display gotten the RM3 cashback but was not credited instantly. It takes a few minutes to credit it but did not take longer than yours.

Today I did a topup on Shopee pay and sms showing successfully topup but did not reflect the amount topup immediately. Take a look in the transaction history, it show in progress. Did multiple open close on app to see if it reflected but it on and off. May be delay.

Update: Shopee pay wallet reflected after played the lucky draw.

Are you a new Shopee bill payment user? Hope the 40% voucher is for new user under bill payment right?

Could you give a scenario for you statement? Datetime, merchant name, payment, with/out voucher, etc?

I tried to purchase second Mr diy voucher today but failed with message stated "sorry you have already reached the maximum purchase limit". I was still able to purchase it last week and also did Shopee app update, or may be the update fix it?

It is my turn now, failed to topup Public bank credit card today. Tried used other card to topup Shopee pay and was successful. Not sure what is the issue, contacted Public bank and Shopee Customer service and no problem on their side.

On Public bank credit card, 1st topup on Shopee pay failed, next try on Grab pay and successful. Try on Shopee pay again, still failed.

Are your topup with the failed credit card successful on next day?
