can i say one TNB account or one household can pay RM 10 few times to utilize CB?

lets say my bill RM 200, can pay using PAM RM 10/RM 15 as per CB requirement until reach RM 200 or even over?

Feb to early March usage of TNB was charged RM 230....

need to go PAM around 6 times to utilise the RM 15, RM 15 and RM 10 payment to maximise CB
