Chagee scan my QR 5-6 times before payment finally go through ( made queue so long behind so embarrassing 😭) while HeyTea ask me to scan their QR instead after second attempt. Zus promoting heavily in Shopee -> it is for ShopeePay Later and mainly for using at Zus Coffee App. I never try payment in store for Zus Coffee or Chagee coz mostly i order them via Zus Coffee App or Chagee Mini Program so i don't need to wait for my drink to be prepared. So far, no issue. Perhaps uninstall and reinstall your Shopee App and see whether issue still persists?
