Still no cashback in my shopeepay after 24hours

Anybody manage to get rm3 cashback today? -

99 speedmart daily rm3 cashback for rm15 min spend still valid or not?  Anyone know? Can't find it on the website

trial n error ...... sometime it allow 1 only but when i go back later on, i able to get another 2.....
able to get = bonus......unable to get then just go on....
normally for grocery is follow the trend......

Old trick, doesn't work anymore. They control at the physical phone level now. I don't know IMEI or Serial Number.

They won't retain your money, that's nothing to worry about.

i dont think they can do anything if u got spare phone which can format anytime?

just like sometime they stop u purchase certain voucher if login 2account using 1phone.....
but if u can format n use the spare phone with new account, dont think they can do anything...

Depends how you #define format. Formatting @ Factory reset (also old trick) doesn't work if they control at IMEI or Serial Number or MAC address.

I think the calculation is, cost of 1 phone vs cost of vouchers. Few hundred bucks for a phone vs few dollars worth of vouchers until you get caught again.

i do accumulate purchase 15+ voucher for each merchant n redeem at the same time....
plus sometime do use my phone login my wife account too due to laggy spare phone....

that's for exceeding a certain amount of transaction. Like TNG is $200 ewallet size, Boost was some amount I couldn't remember, Shoppee is $3k. If it's Bank Negara's directive, there is no reason for them to offer $5 to encourage people to validate their Shoppee Pay account. That's my opinion anyway.

Already tried factory reset, still blocked from using their vouchers. Shoppee told me Device ID, so I assume it's not IMEI and MAC.

are you sure shopee pay offline is that easy to use ??

IMO, its 1 of the worst wallet for offline payment.

why i still using it?
Solely because of the "Deals near me" voucher.

3 very tedious long steps to use Shopee Pay offline.

When you click the shopeepay offline, a scan QR code tab will appear always.
1)Click change to QR/Barcode tab... wait few secs for it to load...could takes up to 10-15 secs in some circumstances.
2)Authentication fingerprint/code..wait few secs for it to load...could takes up to 10-15 secs in some circumstances.
3)Switch to Barcode (I believe those using ShopeePay offline often knows quite a number of shop will ask for barcode instead of the QR code which is extremely hard to detect)
Tried QR Code with Tesco the cashier insist to use QR code (don't know why) and tried 3 times QR Code regenerated still failed until their supervisor come ask her switch to barcode, and problem solved.

So simply say, 3 long steps just for a simple payment process  

Yes lots of hardwork, but also lots of discount. Best is to work in pairs taking turns to pay. Yesterday spent rm50+ for stuffs worth rm300+. 2 more days to spend. Can save at least rm700 per round of voucher sales.

shopee apps is too heavy and sluggish....
and their shopeepay logics also having huge problem.
default will display a QR code where most merchant will ask u switch to barcode.
might as well show barcode as default or show 2 in 1 like tng

At My Vouchers click on Popular n the same vouchers will be grouped together.

Sometime auto apply voucher might not use expiring one first.

it's partially optimized --- when you choose Pay and then choose vouchers, they're sorted with earliest expiration.

These goodies probably not going to last forever, so probably that's why they are not dumping in more time.

but it can be optimized to auto apply shortest expiry voucher and
mayb can auto apply voucher as default with option let you change to other voucher. 

So far, merchants from them 1 cent vouchers I go to do not have a QR for me to scan. So, I never use this feature before. Besides, I prefer to be on the safe side.

That's why they start to bring certain features off on big days. For example, shoppeepay balance is not automagically displayed on big days until you go inside of shoppeepay.

That is the stupidest thing. I don't know why they want to do this 

reduce load. Shoppee app server needs to query ShoppeePay server to display balance

can't they just increase the bandwidth? 

noticed on big day the shopeepay is very unstable, some intermittent delay in showing QR code

I was thinking to use the GrabPay RM3 voucher at Health Lane. Had wasted 4 vouchers to date
