That's the problem. I can't see my ShopeePay balance. I have around rm 200 there if I remember correctly.

I didn't use DuitNow but I recently made 3 orders and I used my coins and vouchers. When I made the orders, I saw the vouchers were useable so why not?

Oh well. I just installed Lazada.

Update, I regained my ShopeePay account. They asked me some questions and asked me to upload my payslip and identification.

They said they occassionally make account checks to verify accounts but they could have handled it better. Rather than banning me outright, they should have advised me first that they are doing account checks.

No, they didn't tell me why they banned me in the first place. At least my ShopeePay is active again.

My ShopeePay wallet doesn't show the amount. Then when I click the ShopeePay wallet, it said Your account is banned. They also sent a notification saying my ShopeePay is banned due to suspicious transactions.

Does ShopeePay have credit card topup fees like TnG and BigPay?

I'm looking for a secondary e-wallet because my GrabPay wallet is up to rm1,500 only.

Not much. I use CIMB e-credit card so I get Bonus points from reloading e-wallets on e-day. I will just use it for DuitNow payments.

Shopee seems to be giving less coins. They used to give free coins from the Free Shipping game in Shopee Prizes. I don't see it anymore.

Can I use Shopee when I'm not in Malaysia? For example, I will use ShopeePay to pay for Google Play apps.

Some apps check where you are physically located so I'm not sure if Shopee also checks.
