Anyone experience missing cb using shopeepay vouchers today?

First time experience this. Before this the cb is quite immediate. I guess this is the way going forward.

ShopeePay =/= Spay

I used ShopeePay vouchers - Guardian & KK mart, this morning, I received all 6 CBs in minutes.

I used Spay Global (formerly known as SarawakPay) at 3 places this morning, I received CBs instantly.

No more RM3 daily cashback liao...
Just tested KFC RM15.90, only give Coinback.

I am one of them    From now on, no need visit 99mart every morning liao
Now left only 1sen voucher we can play with, mostly bill below RM10, so that the cashback RM1 seems worthy.  
For higher amount better use credit cards with cashback 5-8%

As expected, starting from 1st Jan 2022, all e-Wallet platforms have "cool down" their CB and promos. Time to gain profit and slash marketing budgets....LOL..

Even Lazada also kejam terhadap their own courier guys... within 24 hours, changes policy...LOL...

Only plus point now is to leech on 1sen voucher to subsidise the inflation of Massimo bread liao

I was told it's system down in 2 outlets. But how can they block shopeepay top up when there is clearly an option for top up in 7eleven?

but it can be optimized to auto apply shortest expiry voucher and
mayb can auto apply voucher as default with option let you change to other voucher. 

Actually if you are noticed, vouchers are auto applied if you scan the Merchant QR, but it is not the case for Merchant scan our QR.

GrabPay does have the similar logic to auto applied earliest vouchers. But frankly i do think Shopee app is already too heavy, and  ShopeePay's Services are not able to cope those big days and ShopeePay Offline Transaction sometime will get timeout during those Big Day, need to pay few times only then only the transaction succeed.

That is the stupidest thing. I don't know why they want to do this

20x daily with different merchants which is why your 2nd transactions is 0 coins

Spent at KK around 12.30am, no 15-3 cashback. Got coinback only.

test with KFC app, no cashback indicated. You guys and gals test before spending in the morning.

There is some issue with their system. Chatted with the CS... you can contact them to lodge ur case as well, suggest to do that for the other week when the cb finished at around 9am kind, likely system bug

Someone from Shopee called me today. I asked for proof of when the redemption finished in my email and they called and questioned if i understand the TnC of redemption that only limits to first 10,000 people. Lol ridiculous ... i told them i'll escalate to BNM and hanged up the phone. More ridiculously, they still retaines the previous user of my phone number in their system (note i have sent proof of my phone number now belongs to me a year ago) and still addressed me with wrong name. this shows how 'great' their system was.
