Anyway, I need help. Despite all these issues, I proceeded to reload my ShopeePay with 3k as I had to make an offline payment to a shop. Once I reloaded I tried to scan QR and pay 3k to the shop, it failed and a pop-up appeared “Payment failed. For security reasons, we cannot process your request. Please try again later.” I have tried a few times and it didn’t work, so contacted CS and as usual they will need to get the relevant team to check etc. I actually need to make the payment urgently.
I want to know whoever has experienced it before and how long did it take to resolve your case? At least I could manage the shop’s expectations. Also, what if my fund is stuck inside, will they allow to transfer back to my bank account? It’s not my fault that they don’t allow to make payment. It’s quite a substantial amount I am not willing to let it sitting there. Appreciate your advice.
