Ya I can't split payments to Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (not PAM).

I doubt MBKS is listed in PAM.
I can't find a PAM in Kuching.
I won't go back to KL till I get the Covid19 immunity passport, otherwise 14 days mandatory quarantine order by Sarawak Government.

showed the owed amount =/= not received.

Not everything will be updated immediately. Eg I pay my Sarawak Energy's bill, the transaction will be updated 2 days later and show the payment is made 2 days ago.

Technically, you go to 7e, show your Shopee transaction bar code, Cashier scan it, then you immediately show your TNG wallet payment barcode/QR, the cashier scan it (as good as cash).
