actually, the discount for POS is still around. You cannot get it via POSOnline and PAM.
You can only get the RM 20 discount when you pay at POS MY's Mualamat Bank QR Code.
Don't go to POS Mini, which is a franchise. Must go to actual POS office.

Explain further?

go to POS office and pay your bills.
Pay via Shopee Paylater by scanning Bank Mualamat QR code.
You will see 10% of, max RM 20.

Went to 2 pos offices to pay tnb bills at the counter, they tried but said no option to pay with shopeepay, only tng, boost n Setel.

It depends on Post Office, I guess. I have been to 3 post offices and saw the Mualmat Bank QR. It enables me to get the RM 20 discount.

POS mini uses MAE. Hence, no discount.

Maybe due to system disruptions recently.
(DBKL denied kena hacked and demanded USD 55 million in ransom)
Wait for a while, hopefully DBKL@Posonline will be back to normal soon.

Can't have multiple payments at DBKL online site now. Otherwise can use several cards to pay a single bill (I did it a few years ago).

Just to update I try at Pos Office Giant Plentong also manage to get the discount which is more nearer to my place.
