It’s those with multiple account but unable to proceed to pay coz they have paid the same bill on same day.

Say I pay my Sarawak energy bill with phone A and successful. Proceed with phone B, it will stuck coz system detect you’ve paid the account number on the same day.

It will expired at 00:59 (within 1 hour) for those payment with voucher (instead of normally 24 hours)

Thats why at 1am there’s additional voucher. It’s from those who tried to pay, but hanging, and didnt complete payment before 00:59.

Earlier this month, there 30% off voucher capped at rm3. If someone paid 5x between 1 apr - 5 april, the person would have exhausted their 5 times quota for the month of april.

Comes to the unifi and bill 10%/20% voucher, when they ‘try’ to pay, it basically will stuck at the payment page with ‘to pay’ status, and the voucher basically secured for u, pending payment.

Why i know this so much? Im someone that utilised the earlier month voucher for unifi in Feb and March, and came across this prob later of the month.

So in april i become smarter a bit where i would utilise the earlier month voucher for sarawak energy/waterbill and wait for month end for unifi.

Encountered missing RM3 CB last time, and the CS told me must wait after 24hours from the last CB transaction. I am not sure is it true but after that incident, i always wait 24 hours to spend next RM15 and i never face the missing RM3 CB again (touch wood)

I used PAM on 23-4 10.50am & 24-4 9.35am, <23hours apart and both time got the rm3 cb.

Aiya, PAM voucher doesn't reset

That day I used two Mr DIY 40% vc, the second one didnt get the cb.. I normally apply the vc thru "My voucher" - "Use" so pretty sure I applied the vc correctly. Complaint to CS they said system didnt capture that the vc was applied. Cannot argue with them as no way can show proof that I have used the 40%vc..

Frankly speaking, I didnt check that as I always practice use "My voucher" - "Use"  it has been working fine all this while. Next time has to be more careful to double check the vc applied or not.

So the latest & greatest phones also affected

Anyone manage to top up shopeepay with Bigpay recently? Always stuck at the page which suppose to be OTP page, but, it is blank page...

I tried since yesterday night till now...to be exact, is my father acc as he only have bigpay card which was saved long time ago too...n he doesn't have any other card to try. he has no issue to top up mid of Apr21 but having the blank page issue since yesterday when his shopeepay has low credit balance. Just doesn't want to trigger inter related acc if I transfer shopeepay money to him...

Yes, received the CB instantly. I have done several payments to the same TNB account, so it works
